Mark Bontuyan | Vice President of Operations
Mark Gabriel has been exposed to the BPO industry since 2012 and was given the chance to be part of our team last May 2020. He started as an agent in one of our accounts and was later promoted to POC and team manager after 2 months due to his Rockstar performance. He was then given the project to grow and handle our managed services platform and now manages all our freelancers working around the globe.
Mark enjoys taking on leadership roles and excels well especially during immense situations. His team is a reflection of him and he makes sure everything is in line. He relishes his job and has shown dedication and love while having traits of being self-driven, punctual, and widely optimistic, and is currently holding a Six Sigma Yellow belt. Mark is now our Vice President of Operations for our Managed Services Platform.
He always treats clients as partners and addresses their needs first as he believes in the saying, “Our success only comes with our client’s success.”
