Anj is the esteemed Kick-Off Manager for MS Partners LLC. She became part of the Managed Services team March last year starting as a back-up for all active accounts and then promoted as the Kick-Off Manager for incoming new accounts doing what she loves – training. She has been working in the BPO industry since 2005, exposed to technical support and customer service. She has always been part of either the escalations team or the support and training team. Making sure the new agents are up and ready, meeting the standard for operations.

Amidst the ever-evolving BPO landscape and now with Managed Services, Anj fearlessly embraced training challenges, transforming them into stepping stones to success, and illuminating the path for aspiring professionals to overcome obstacles and excel. In her downtime, she loves watching movies, anime, going to the beach or hitting up new restaurants with her family and friends looking for new tastes and trying to recreate that in the kitchen.
