Nover Orquillas is the Head of Recruitment at Managed Services Partners (MSP). He leads the company’s talent acquisition strategy and is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier professionals who drive innovation and growth. His mission is simple: recruit superstars who not only excel in their craft but also share the company’s vision and values.

With a strong background in business development and client communications, Nover brings a people-first approach to recruitment. He partners with department leaders to build high-performing teams that fuel the company’s continued success and help shape the future of the organization.

Outside of work, Nover enjoys playing the piano, guitar, and other instruments. He also plays badminton to stay active and balanced. He is proud to call Mandaue City home, a beautiful place surrounded by islands with white sand beaches and crystal blue waters.
