KRISTINE ANGELI SUPREMO | Client On-boarding Manager & Quality Assurance Manager
Anj is the esteemed Client Onboarding and Quality Assurance Manager at MS Partners LLC. She joined the Managed Services team in March of 2022, initially serving as a backup for all active accounts before being promoted to the role of Kick-Off Manager for incoming accounts, where she found her passion in training.
With a career spanning back to 2005 in the BPO industry, Anj has gained extensive experience in technical support and customer service. Throughout her career, she has been a key member of either the escalations team or the support and training team, ensuring that new agents are well-prepared and meet operational standards. In the dynamic BPO landscape and now in Managed Services, she fearlessly tackles training challenges, turning them into opportunities for success and guiding aspiring professionals to overcome obstacles and thrive.
She has always believed that as a manager she is an architect of exceptional customer experiences, building strong foundations for lasting relationships and successful partnerships.
